Over the past two months, we have been moving our customer online phtoo gallery storage from fixed disk servers at our data center at Rackspace in Virginia to Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) in the cloud. We believe Amazon S3 will provide us with better performance, virtually unlimited scalability, and internation content delivery options.

Overall, the transition has been reliatively smooth. However, on July 7th and 8th some servier data transfer problems did occur. These problems resulted in sporadic consumer-facing outages and delayed completed order delivery to retailers. In some cases, new consumer photo data uploads may have been corrupted. We believe we’ve addressed all the problems and issues and are confident that the system is running normally. However, if you think you are missing an order or are currently experiencing some other system issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly (help@graphx.com). We’ll get on it right away.

The good news is that the transition is complete, and ALL new and existing photo files are now being hosted on Amazon S3 servers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your customers this past weekend. Thank you again for your continued support.
